We engage within our community networks to identify where we can do most effective good. We also work with a number industry associated and network community groups to assist in the development of culture and environment.

We work closely with our clients to ensure their ability to measure and report on their IPP procurement targets with authenticity, transparency and accountability.

BUNJI provides our clients with annual IPP reporting and benchmarking audited by KPMG.

Founder

Chadd Croshaw | Director

Chadd Croshaw is the founding director of Jarrah Integrated Services and is a proud descendent Anaiwan man from Tingah, NSW. His connection to country and community comes through his love of food, people and hospitality.

He has over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality and F&B service industry and is passionate about providing impeccable service to his clients and guests across all operations on a daily basis. He is actively involved in many Aboriginal community organisations and has a passion to evolve his industry, prioritising Aboriginal staffing of Senior Management and Key Executive roles within his organisation.

He is driven by a desire to help First Nations people maintain their connection to country and continue Aboriginal culture for future generations. He hopes to help contribute to a prosperous renaissance in Aboriginal trade and commerce.
